Lush Oxford Street Presents: Charity Pot Event for Dads House

Come to Lush Oxford Street on the 27th and 28th of July where we will be raising money for Dads House!

Dads House provides practical and emotional support for the many Fathers who have to bring up their children on their own (whether as single parents with primary responsibility for care, or as single parents when their children visit).

They provide a range of services to help Dads with practical (food banks), social (Breakfast Club) and legal advice. Equally importantly, they create events for Dads to meet together to talk through their issues, in order to create a safe environment for them to help each other and breakthrough the sense of isolation that can occur when trying to be a good father on one’s own.

Dads House recently received recognition from the Prime Minister having been awarded the Points of Light award which recognises outstanding volunteers and people who are making a change in their community.

To help raise money for an amazing cause, we will be making Ickle Baby Bot Bath Bomb on the 27th and Butter Ball Bath Bomb on the 28th which is donate what you can afford, starting at £2. All the money raised will go to Dads House and every donation comes with Charity Pot Hand and Body Lotion. Three amazing things for a small donation, what more could you want!?

So come down to our store to raise money for a great cause and chat to the charity directly. During this weekend, 100% of the proceeds of our Hand and Body Lotion Charity Pot (minus the VAT) will go to Dads House. The money raised will go towards starting up a new Breakfast Club for Dad's and their children.
